This class is for those of you who have been working with me over the years, and who know the kettlebell swing, snatch (or at least what it is), clean, press, squat, and Turkish Get-Up. Less time is spent reviewing these 6 StrongFirst kettlebell skills in this class, and the focus is to keep getting stronger and smarter with our training. I love this group of kettlebellers who are all supporting and inspiring each other and who are committed for the long-term. Please join us!
