These classes are for intermediate and advanced-level kettlebell enthusiasts.
Knowledge and some experience with the 6 StrongFirst kettlebell skills: swings, Turkish Get-Ups, cleans, presses, front rack squats, overhead presses, and snatches (or a suitable alternative such as a one-arm swing) is recommended.

Ensure you stay current with your understanding of kettlebell strength training and home movement practice. Do this alongside others with similar goals and values who will motivate and inspire you!
The format will be a monthly renewing LIVE CLASS membership with the first week as a Free Trial, then $150 monthly (tax inclusive) until cancellation.
Steady KB Strength starts on March 17th and will run on Fridays at noon EST. There is no end date to this course. Please note that the classes will be pre-recorded during August.
