This is an all-levels class for kettlebell enthusiasts and newer kettlebellers alike. We'll focus on pushing, pulling, hinging and squatting in this class, and will compliment it with mobility, stability, and posture drills. Finish off your week strong!

Equipment needed: a 4kg or 6kg, 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg kettlebell or similar set of kettlebells (or dumbbells for the first week).
