This is an all-levels class that will focus on teaching, reviewing, and refining the most awesome kettlebell movement in the world! Those of you who are familiar with the StrongFirst Turkish Get-Up will work at your own pace, while revisiting and cleaning up aspects of this all-encompassing movement. Those brand new to the Turkish Get-Up will receive instruction as necessary. New variations, tips, tools, and accessory movements to improve your mobility, flexibility and strength will be offered each week, leaving you super strong by the end of the 12 weeks!

Equipment needed: a 4kg or 6kg, 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg kettlebell or similar set of kettlebells (or dumbbells for the first week).
