LIVE ZOOM Class: 12 noon - 1pm ET July 8th-August 12th
This class is for those of you newer to kettlebell strength training, for those returning to kettlebell strength training after a longer break, and for those who are less familiar with the 6 StrongFirst hardstyle kettlebell movements: the swing, the snatch, the clean, the press, the front rack and goblet grip squat, and the Turkish Get-Up.
It’s a friendly class that will go slower than other classes, taking time to study movement patterns, technique, form, and function. All-levels are welcome.

Equipment needed: a 4kg or 6kg, 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg kettlebell or similar set of kettlebells (or dumbbells for the first week).
