WHICH LIVE CLASS IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

KB Foundations Mondays


When: 
April 8 - June 28th, 2024

Time: Mondays 12pm ET

What: Kettlebell Foundations

Investment: $350+tax

This class is for those of you newer to kettlebell strength training, for those returning to kettlebell strength training after a longer break, and for those who are less familiar with the 6 StrongFirst hardstyle kettlebell movements: the swing, the snatch, the clean, the press, the front rack and goblet grip squat, and the Turkish Get-Up.

It’s a friendly class that will go slower than other classes, taking time to study movement patterns, technique, form, and function. All-levels are welcome.

Equipment needed: a 4kg or 6kg, 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg kettlebell or similar set of kettlebells (or dumbbells for the first 4 weeks will also be workable).

Swing into Mondays

Time: Mondays 1:30pm ET

This class is for those of you who have been working with me over the years, and who know the kettlebell swing, snatch (or at least what it is), clean, press, squat, and Turkish Get-Up. Less time is spent reviewing these 6 StrongFirst kettlebell skills in this class, and the focus is to keep getting stronger and smarter with our training. I love this group of kettlebellers who are all supporting and inspiring each other and who are committed for the long-term. Please join us!

Equipment needed: a full set of kettlebells for swinging, snatching, cleaning, pressing, squats and TGU's.

Steady Strength Wednesdays

Time: Wednesdays 4:30pm ET

Kettlebell Wednesdays offer a great opportunity for those who are either new to strength training with kettlebells or are looking to get back into it. These weekly 60-minute foundational sessions are designed to provide you with a solid understanding of how to use kettlebells effectively and safely. Whether you are a beginner or someone who is returning to kettlebell training after a break, these classes will help you build a strong foundation. Join us for empowering workouts that will leave you feeling stronger and more confident in your fitness abilities. 

Equipment needed: a 4kg or 6kg, 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg kettlebell or similar set of kettlebells (or dumbbells for the first 4 weeks will also be workable).

TGU it's Friday!

 

When: April 12th-June 28th, 2024

Time: Fridays 12pm ET

Where: LIVE on Zoom

What: Mostly Turkish Get-Ups

Investment: $350+tax

This is an all-levels class that will focus on learning, reviewing, and refining the most awesome kettlebell movement in the world! Those of you who are familiar with the StrongFirst Turkish Get-Up will work at your own pace, while revisiting and cleaning up aspects of this all-encompassing movement. Those brand new to the Turkish Get-Up will receive instruction as necessary. New variations, tips, tools, and accessory movements to improve your mobility, flexibility and strength will be offered each week, leaving you super strong by the end of the 12 weeks!


Equipment needed: a 4kg or 6kg, 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg kettlebell or similar set of kettlebells (or dumbbells for the first 4 weeks will also be workable).

Posture Reset Sundays

*THIS CLASS IS FREE TO ANYONE WHO REGISTERS FOR A 12-WEEK PROGRAM BEFORE MARCH 30TH!

(these classes do not require kettlebell skills, but will explore pushing, pulling, hinging and squatting with kettlebells - one 4kg or 6kg, 8kg, 12kg, and 16kg bell or similar is highly recommended)

When: April 7th-April 28th, 2024

Time: Sundays 10:30am ET

Where: LIVE on Zoom

Investment: $120+tax

This is an all-levels class for all posture types. The Egoscue exercises chosen for each week’s posture reset will be beneficial for all general posture conditions. It’s an Introduction to the Egoscue Method for those new to it, and dedicated time to spend on posture drills for those familiar with the practice. Give yourself the opportunity for your body to realign itself through gentle e-cises.
