Camp Kettlebell is designed specifically for beginners and for women who may be returning to strength training after a break. Every movement is taught clearly, with options and modifications, and you’ll be guided by Karen who understands midlife bodies. You’re encouraged to move at your pace — there’s no pressure to keep up or “push through.” -
A kettlebell is helpful, but not required to participate.
If you don’t have one yet, you’re very welcome to join using bodyweight, a dumbbell, or even household substitutes. -
That’s okay. Life happens.
All Camp Kettlebell live classes will be recorded and available to watch afterward, so you can still participate and benefit even if you miss a session. While attending live can feel especially motivating, many people prefer to move on their own schedule — and that’s fully supported. -
Yes. Camp Kettlebell is completely free to attend.
There’s no cost, no obligation, and no pressure to join anything afterward. Our intention is simply to offer a supportive, high-quality introduction to strength training and to the Kettlebell Wellness community. If you enjoy the experience and feel it’s a good fit, we’ll share ways to continue — but the camp itself is a gift. -
