Flow with Kettlebells is the natural next step after Learn to Kettlebell — a gentle, supportive progression into two of the most empowering and rewarding movements in the kettlebell world: the Turkish Get-Up and the Snatch.

This is where kettlebell training begins to feel less like exercise and more like practice.

Less "getting through a workout."

More moving with rhythm, confidence, and control.

Flowing with kettlebells is what made me fall in love with kettlebells.

Back in my 30s and 40s, I spent years teaching and practising yoga. I loved the calmness of the room, the connection between breath and movement, and the mindfulness that came with learning what our bodies were capable of.

That same feeling is what I love most about kettlebell training.

We build strength.

We build mobility.

We build confidence.

And often, we discover we're capable of far more than we imagined.

What You’ll Learn

Over four weeks, we'll guide you step by step through:

  • The Turkish Get-Up

  • The Kettlebell Snatch

  • Review of swings, cleans, presses and squats

  • Breathing and movement patterns

  • Strength, mobility, and overhead confidence

  • Moving more fluidly with your kettlebell

As always, we'll take things one step at a time.

No rushing.

Just steady progress and supportive coaching.
