Learn to Kettlebell Course

A Safe, Supportive Way to Learn Strength From Home

July 27th-August 31st, 2026

Mondays at 5:30 PM ET

I believe strength should feel empowering.

I believe learning to lift something heavy should feel safe, enjoyable, and deeply satisfying.

Every day, I see women who want to get stronger but aren't sure where to begin.

That is exactly why I created Learn to Kettlebell.

This isn't about pushing harder.

It isn't about leaving you exhausted.

It's about learning.

Learning HOW to hinge.
HOW to squat.
HOW to swing a kettlebell.

Because when we learn with skill, gradual practice, and support, strength starts to feel really, really good.

Many women come to Kettlebell Wellness saying things like:

"I know strength training is important, but I don't know where to begin."
"I'm completely new."
"I used to exercise, but I'm starting again."
"I'm worried about getting hurt."
"I want guidance and structure."

That's exactly why I created Learn to Kettlebell.

Every day I see women who want to get stronger, but have never been shown how.

  • How to lift something heavy.

  • How to move well.

  • How to feel strong.

Not with brute force.

With skill.

With gradual practice.

With a friendly, supportive environment where questions are welcomed and learning happens one step at a time.

Because I believe strength should build you up, not wear you down.
