Your first 3 steps

What classes should you take first?

  • Start with:

    • 1 strength class from the weekly schedule

    • 1 skills class from the weekly schedule

    • 1 optional skills or recovery class if you want a gentler extra session

    Strength classes are your foundation.

    Skills classes help you learn technique and feel more confident.

    Recovery classes support mobility, restoration, and feeling better in your body.

If you’re unsure which class times to choose, pick the ones that fit your week best.

How your Momence account works

Your Momence account is your member home base.

This is where you can:

  • log in to your membership

  • book live classes

  • view the weekly schedule

  • join classes from your device

  • access replays or on-demand content, if included in your membership

  • manage your account details

Logging in

Use the email address you joined with.

If you have not set your password yet, use the password reset link on the login page.

Booking classes

Once you’re inside Momence, you can view the schedule and book the classes you want, or you can access it here: https://www.kettlebellwellness.com/schedule

For now, simply book your first strength class, your first skills class, and, if you’d like, an additional skill or recovery session.

Joining a live class

When it’s time for class, log in to your Momence account and join from there.

If Momence feels confusing at first

That’s okay. It often feels new for the first few minutes, and then it becomes very straightforward.

If you have trouble logging in, booking, or finding the schedule, reach out and we’ll help you.

Your Start Strong 4 Week Plan

  • For your first 4 weeks, keep coming back to the same simple structure:

    • Each week: 1 strength class, 1 skills class

    • Optional: 1 skills or recovery session

    • Focus: consistency over intensity

This gives you enough structure to build strength, while still letting the Studio fit your real life.

You do not need to do more to be doing this well.

  • That’s completely normal. Just go at your own pace, ask questions if you’d like, and enjoy the experience.

  • What if I miss a class?
    No problem. Just choose another one that works for your schedule and keep going.

  • That is exactly why the Studio exists. You are not expected to know everything at the start.

  • We’ll help you work with your body and meet you where you are.
