The LIVE CLASS schedule is where you learn, practice, and strengthen your muscle tissue and bones with our wonderful StrongFirst-trained kettlebell instructors!

This schedule and all of the live classes are part of the Virtual Strength Studio membership. You have access to all of these classes when you’re a member of the monthly or annual membership.

FAQ

  • All of these classes are FREE with your Virtual Strength Studio Membership - you have unlimited access with your monthly and 12-month memberships.

  • We really look forward to meeting you in one of these LIVE CLASSES, where the Zoom link will come to your inbox 1-hour before your class starts. Please have 3 kettlebell sizes handy, a soft floor, and a decent camera view of you so that we can give you some tips during class! 

    You can enter the Zoom room 5-10 minutes before your class starts.

  • If you are NEW to kettlebell training, you can start with a Learn to Kettlebell Class, or use the On-Demand Library to LEARN how to use kettlebells the StrongFirst way.

    If you are ready to start building strength (and even if you are still learning - we’ve GOT YOU - all of our coaches are qualified to handle those of you new to kettlebell skills and training!). 

    A weekly schedule we recommend:

    1. Find a Strength +Conditioning class that works for you weekly. This is your essential DAY 1 of your weekly strength training routine, that you can replace with an on-demand pre-recorded class if a LIVE class isn’t in the cards for you.

    2. Find a Pure Strength class that works for you weekly. This is your essential DAY 2 of your weekly strength training routine, that you can replace with an on-demand pre-recorded class if a LIVE class isn’t in the cards for you.

    3. Complement these 2 essential strength training classes (either LIVE or in your on-demand library) with a weekly Mobility Class, On-Demand Learn, Recover, or Play pre-recorded Class, or another LIVE or On-Demand Strength Adventures (Day 3) or Simple Swings + Skills class on Friday or Saturdays.

    This is your lifelong Strength Training Program!

  • And if you are NEW to Kettlebell Training, we recommend that you complete the entire LEARN to Kettlebell section of the On-Demand Video Library (all led by coach Karen where she introduces you to kettlebells, kettlebell carries, and shows you the 6 StrongFirst kettlebell skills, then puts them together into a tried and true workout that you will want to come back to regularly!).
