YOUR FIRST WEEKS, MADE SIMPLE
Choose times that work for you — these steps work in any time zone or schedule.
Step 1 — Book an Intro to Kettlebell Class
Our Intro classes run 3–4 times per week, and they’re the best place to start.
You’ll learn the foundations, feel supported, and gain confidence right away.
Step 2 — Follow Your “Start Here” Beginner Guide
To make things even easier, we’ve created a simple one-page guide that walks you through your first steps inside KBW.

Step 3 — Keep It Light and Consistent
You don’t need to do everything at once.
A perfect first two weeks is simply:
1–2 strength sessions per week (Intro is always a great choice)
One additional class that supports your body and schedule
A steady return, one step at a time
That’s how strength builds — calmly, steadily, over time.
