Your Weekly Routine
Day 1 – Strength & Conditioning (Monday)
Day 2 – Pure Strength (Wednesday)
Day 3 – Strength Adventures (Friday or Saturday)
On the other days, you’ll recover and move with simple bodyweight exercises of your choice.
