What is a KBW Masterclass?
KBW Masterclasses are single-session, live workshops focused on one specific topic - designed to help women learn kettlebells safely and confidently.
Each session gives you practical tools you can use right away, whether you’re brand new to kettlebells or returning after time off.
What to Expect
Each Masterclass includes:
One focused topic (movement, strength, or skill)
A live 60-minute Zoom session
Clear coaching cues and modifications
Time for guided practice and questions
A short-term replay after the session
Participation is flexible:
• Camera encouraged
• Follow along or simply watch
• No preparation or fitness level required
No hype. No extreme workouts. Just solid coaching.

If you don’t have one yet, you’re very welcome to join using bodyweight, a dumbbell, or even household substitutes. -
