Your Weekly Routine

Day 1 – Strength & Conditioning (eg. Mondays)

Day 2 – Pure Strength (eg. Wednesdays)

Day 3 – Strength Adventures (eg. Fridays or Saturdays)

On the other days, you’ll recover and move with simple bodyweight exercises of your choice.
