KB Foundations Mondays

Mondays 12noon-1pm ET

This class is for those of you newer to kettlebell strength training, for those returning to kettlebell strength training after a longer break, and for those who are less familiar with kettlebell movements. We will approach new skills step-by step while getting in a nice dose of movement and strength building

Swing into Mondays

Mondays 1:30-2:30pm ET

This class is for those of you who have been working with me over the years, and who know the kettlebell swing, snatch (or at least what it is), clean, press, squat, and Turkish Get-Up. Less time is spent reviewing these 6 StrongFirst kettlebell skills in this class, and the focus is to keep getting stronger and smarter with our training.

Variety Day

Wednesdays 12-1pm ET

This class all-levels friendly class is where you will come to move, strengthen, align, and take a break from your everyday activities. Kettlebells are recommended but dumbbells can be used while you are deciding and waiting to purchase your kettlebells. Join us for this creative and playful class.

Join a group of like-minded individuals who are committed to building skills, strength, and lifelong home fitness habits

KB Foundations Mondays

Wed 4:30-5:30pm ET

This class is designed for those who are wanting to build strength at home with simple, straightforward movements. Kettlebell skills will be taught in this class, but the focus is to get stronger each and every week with less focus on learning new skills. Circuit workouts will be visited frequently, and fun will be had as we support and encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves.

TGU Fridays

Fridays 12 noon-1pm ET

This is an all-levels class that will focus on learning, reviewing, and refining the most awesome kettlebell movement in the world! Those of you who are familiar with the StrongFirst Turkish Get-Up will work at your own pace, while revisiting and cleaning up aspects of this all-encompassing movement. Those brand new to the Turkish Get-Up will receive instruction as necessary.

KB Skills + Strength Club

Saturdays 10:30am-12noon ET 

This is all-levels friendly class is where you'll learn, review, refine, and strengthen your kettlebell skills each week.  It's a 90min class for the same price as my 60min classes, so we'll have extra time for Egoscue Postural Alignment, mobility work, and restorative yoga postures at the end of each class. I'm looking forward to this new Saturday class!
